It's always a good feeling to see your images in Print. This image on the front of the Essence Magazine was taken in the middle of my street in Rangiora.
My 30 seconds of fame when Janika ter Ellen (Prime News Reader), showed off my image of the Eta Aquarids meteor shower on Prime News. The Eta Aquarids meteor shower is created by debris from Comet Halley. The Earth passes through Halley's path twice a year as it orbits the Sun.
This image is a 30 second photo taken around 4:30 am in the foothills near Sefton, Nth Canterbury on May 17th 2018. Shortly after, it was straight back home for a much needed hot chocolate then bed.
